Appointments

To book an appointment for any of our services, please call:

Telephone: 416-975-9300 ( from within the GTA)
Toll Free Line: 1-866-565-9300 (from outside the GTA)

If you are interested in a medication abortion, please visit the website/read our description before calling for an appointment. You must be less than 7 weeks pregnant. If you decide at the time of your appointment that you would prefer a surgical procedure, you will have to return at another time for that.

Appointments are available Tuesdays to Fridays, with some evening appointments on Thursdays.

You do not need to be referred by a doctor.

We will need the date of the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). If you are not sure about that date, you may be asked to come for an assessment so that we can determine how advanced the pregnancy is.

At our clinic you can have an abortion up to 15 weeks from your LMP. If your pregnancy is more advanced, we can help you book an appointment at another clinic. Women can have an abortion in Ontario up to 20 weeks from their LMP. In some cases, procedures at later gestational stages can also be performed at other centres.

You must have had a positive pregnancy test. This can be:

  • A urine test performed at home or at a pharmacy or doctor's office
  • A blood test
  • An ultrasound indicating an intrauterine pregnancy

Please remember - you will be asked to leave a message to confirm your appointment 3 days before. If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be cancelled and the spot may be given to another woman.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS

No one is admitted to the clinic without an appointment. Appointments can only be made by telephone. Please do not wear perfume or other scented products. Ask anyone who comes with you to do the same.

Women with a valid Ontario Health Card may use that as ID for admittance purposes. Women with no health card must present a piece of formal photo ID such as a passport, drivers' license, or other government-issued identification.

Clients can have one support person accompany them. That person must also show formal photo identification in order to be admitted into the clinic.

For security purposes, coats, purses, bags, backpacks, briefcases, strollers, cell phones, pagers or other electronic devices, WILL NOT be allowed in the clinic. You will only be allowed to bring your wallet with you into the clinic. Please do not bring any other valuables with you as we cannot be responsible for their safety.

Client Feedback

"Your service was excellent. I went to the clinic feeling afraid and scared, but the staff was understanding and non-judgmental. You guys not only took care of my physical needs but also my emotional needs."
